Putting the Human Back in HR: What It Really Looks Like
We hear it all the time: “People are our greatest asset.” But too often, workplace systems are designed as if the opposite were true. When HR is treated only as a compliance function, people (the humans) start to feel like risks to manage instead of individuals to support. Policies take priority over relationships, and the systems meant to protect employees can end up disconnecting them.
